Close to Q train, so nice to be first stop and always get a seat.
Cons:Clean
Great stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave! All work so well!
Price is fair for NYC
Size of apartment and layout is nice
Great windows and light
Most residents are young, clean professional and friendly
Lots of babies and families
Lots of dogs
Gym is nice
Smells toxic due to cleaning and bug spraying often
Other comments:A few crazy and less desirable people live there, but just ignore it.
Ugly and outdated building from outside and some common spaces
We are very happy here.

No brokers fee's, really good price for the space, convenient for the Q train. Gym, pool, roof decks, and lounge area (at a cost - but reasonable)
Cons:Occasional elevator slowness and wait times - lots of floors and only 3 elevators. Have had weird/rude experiences with the various doormen
