Pros:

This building is awesome. It is one of the only doormen rental buildings in Soho. It is so nice and clean and everybody who works there is extremely nice and helpful. The apartments are amazing. They are very big with large floor to ceiling windows. The master bathroom has two sinks which makes it great for couples and new families. The bathroom itself is new and very well done, with an amazing bathtub. The location is absolutely incredible in the heart of Soho and walking distance to the West Village, Greenwich Village, East Village, Noho and more. The restaurants nearby are phenomenal and there is never a lack of good food easily accessible. There are great bars and amazing nightlife nearby.

Cons:

The air condition is not very powerful, but that can probably be fixed. The walls are a little thin, as I always heard my neighbors through the wall that my bed was against....I am sure they heard me too
