163 Washington has the worse management company I've ever experienced. They reply to request weeks later and are not honest about the safety or amenities provided. I had to walk up 13 flights of stairs for over a week due to a water flood and maintenance issue the building had. In addition, the mail is left in the hallway for anyone to steal it. Kings and Queens manages the property and I am appalled by the way they conduct business. They need their license revoked.
