The Good: - Southern balcony views are quite stunning. - The doormen are very courteous and friendly. - The gym is usually not very busy. - Easy to do laundry in the building. - Kitchen appliances are new and functional. - Lots of storage space in the kitchen.
Cons:Have lived it he building for 6 months now.The Negatives and the Reason for my 1 star: - Stay away from the H line of apartments. They loop around the elevators and the elevators are very noisy. Not sure if others are any better. - Street noise in the higher floors is extremely loud. We need a noisemaker to drown it out at night. I think this could all be due to the fact that this is really an old building and maybe the windows etc. weren't replaced even though the apartment has been renovated. - Building management is extremely slow and non-responsive. We've been complaining about the elevator for six months now to no avail. Keep getting shifted from one person to the next. - For spending about $5500 for a two-bedroom you'd expect to get decent responsiveness. I don't think we'd make this choice again if we had to. There's a few other buildings between us and Columbus circle that we've heard have better managements.

The staff is fabulous! Professional and attentive. I just renewed my lease for the third time and believe the building is the best value in the Lincoln Square neighborhood. I would have given the building 5 stars were the laundry room better maintained and cleaned.

I moved in June and so far, so great! The staff has been super friendly and helpful. The noise levels facing north are great. Not loud at all. I also have zero noise from my neighbors.

My husband and I lived at the Concerto for over 2.5 years and it was one of the best experiences we've ever had with an NYC Building. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the building always well maintained, and located in an absolutely fantastic area of the city. We ended up moving to the West Coast, but if we were still in New York, we'd still be 100% living there - we miss it every day! Dan, Meghan & Jetty Ross

my friends live here..they live on a very high floor...they have amazing views of the city!!! at one point we could see central park (2 blocks away) but a giant building is now blocking their view =( but i can see the hudson river, the freedom tower and so much more!each room has it's own separate (and a bit archaic) temperature control (heating/AC)...they work very well...but they are loud and clanky (woke me up at night).there is a hospital across the street...so i heard sirens all night.there is a doorman who opens the door for you...there is a reception desk...and they know who you are (i was visiting and after my first entry they knew exactly who i was and where i was going)we had late night fun climbing the 36 flights of stairs..ha! it was a blast!trash and recycling is picked up multiple times a day from the hallway...sweet! never any buildup of trash in your apartment.did i say the views are fabulous? well they are! as far as the noises go..i would imagine that if i lived there i would eventually be immune to hearing them...seeing that i am currently used to San Diego peace and quiet.

If i can choose no star, worst manage team I ever meet and the manager has really strong racial discrimination issue for Asian people. She talk to me with contempt and keep roll her eyes. During the daytime, she even keep me out of the office more than one hours for PERSONAL PHONE CALL! And the front desk man totally ignored me when I tried to talk to he. This is how the luxury apartment treat to their residents. Good luck if you still want to choose this.
