Pros:

The building employees are great. The location is wonderful-located right on top of wholefoods.

Cons:

The construction that is being done for over a year INSIDE of the building is awful! We literally complain every single time we are woken by incredibly loud drilling. Its torture. The drilling starts as early as 6am and ends around 6pm- NONSTOP! One of the reasons we moved into the building was for the soundproof windows but we didn't actually know the real noise would be coming from within the building! I refrained from writing reviews but again, today we were woken by drilling!!! We moved in over a year ago. Tried to wait it out. No one warned us about all of the construction that doesn't look like it'll be done anytime soon. We are unable to enjoy our apartment because we have to leave. Its a shame. I can't work from home, I can't have guests over, and I can't drown out the drilling by watching TV or listening to music. The building management is really nice and agrees the noises should stop but doesn't actually offer a solution that works. Every solution offered (drilling to start at 8am and not 6am, locking the construction workers out before 8am) is only implemented for a few days, and then the drilling starts early again. If anyone wanted to rent here, I'd say wait a few years until they get their contractors out of there.
