Former Tenant: 3-4 Years

Pros:

Centrally located to walk or take the subway anywhere. Very friendly doormen which is helpful to have packages delivered. The management company does put some money into the building and did recently (after I moved out) re-do their lobby as well as all of the hallways.

Cons:

Management company is difficult to deal with and changed the rent amount when we went to sign our lease. The live-in Super was also not very friendly and always took a long time to get anything done. I heard he no longer works there which is good news for the building. Elevator was constantly broken and I lived on the top floor.
