Great building to live in! From day 1 we felt welcome and happy with our apartment. The building is a pleasure to live in - extraordinarily convenient, and perfectly located. The property managers and concierges are very friendly, and really make the experience. Thanks everyone!

Pros:

I have been living here for almost a year. My dad actually found this place while scoping out the neighborhood for buildings. He walked in without an appointment and was very courteously accommodated. The assistant property manager, Shane, made him feel comfortable and answered all of his questions. I could tell from his enthusiasm when he came home this would be the place for us. We found a very spacious studio with 2 huge walk in closets (literally the biggest closets available in NY in a studio), an open concept kitchen, and huge floor to ceiling windows. The staff is so genuinely friendly like the other reviews have said. Everyone from the doormen, porters, maintenance staff and leasing office is so helpful and warm. I love talking to the staff when I come home from a long day, they've become a part of my life. They are always willing to go the extra mile. Shane in particular is always ready to help with any issue no matter how small. He takes it upon himself to manage the task. Any question or concern is addressed usually within 1-2 hours but definitely the same day. The building is maintained so well, everything is cleaned every day. We frequent the roof space which is extremely comfortable and have other residents lounging as well. We love to grill during the warmer months, the grill is always cleaned not only by the building staff daily but the courteous people who share the building that used it prior. Other people in the building are pretty respectful of the space and it's nice to spend sometime talking to them in the common spaces, I've learned some great grilling marinades from them too! One of the best amenities is the delivered packages, we never have to go downstairs they're brought straight to our door. I cannot say enough nice things. I would recommend living in this building to my friends.

Pros:

We absolutely loved living at 250 N 10th street. It was more than an apartment, the amazing staff made it feel like our home. Everyone from the maintenance staff, doormen, and leasing office were really attentive, took care of any requests quickly, and were just so genuinely friendly. We loved the apartment, amenities, and location. The refrigerator downstairs was great for our fresh grocery deliveries and we really appreciated the complimentary delivery of our packages to our apartment by the doormen. This building is super close to the park and very convenient to get to the subway, the perfect Williamsburg hub. We saw many other buildings before this one, but the moment we walked into this building and saw all the space each apartment has, we knew this was the building for us. We highly recommend this apartment, it was the best place we have lived in New York!

Pros:

I found this apartment by chance, saw the leasing sign and walked in. I did look at Heatherwood across the street and the guy at the front was so rude, and the leasing office was unresponsive. Good thing there was a sign for 250 N 10th!!! Everyone was so friendly from the start. I have been living here for almost a year and it has been wonderful! I feel like I live in a hotel. Beautiful lobby, gym, rooftop. I also have a washer/dryer in my unit. If I need any repairs it is usually done within 24h hours! Every staff member is helpful and courteous. It really makes a difference. I also park in the lot which is super convenient. They even bring deliveries to your door during the week. It is also pretty quiet (and in New York that is hard to find!) After a long day of work, you want to come home to somewhere you want to be. I love coming home to a clean, relaxing, apartment. So glad I found this place!!!
