More than a building, 34 Berry is a great community of neighbors, something which is frankly, rare in NYC. It's a great place to live for other reasons too: amenities, activities and social gatherings for residents, and the best staff imaginable!

This is a great building, quiet, impeccably clean, with gorgeous landscaping. The staff are wonderful, from the property manager to the resident manager to all the door staff and porters. 100% pet friendly, a decent gym, several lounge areas, a pleasant roof deck, new courtyard patio area, and nice amenities in the apartments. The free coffee in the lobby is a nice touch. The senior staff go out of their way to provide fun, modest communal gatherings like pastries and coffee on Sunday mornings, neighborly parties at holiday times, and even just the occasional random weekend. Not an inexpensive place to live, but still quite a value in terms of lifestyle, service, security and courtesy. Charming place in an exceptional location.

Great building absolutely love living here since the building was opened. The building hallways are always clean and freshly painted, the public spaces are also always clean and shining. The resident manager and property manager are always friendly and cater to the needs of the residents as quickly as possible. No other building in Williamsburg compares to 34 Berry!!!

Great place to live!Every staff member is always helpful and the building is kept very clean. My dog and I have been very happy living at 34 Berry.
