While I ended up signing a lease at another building, Alyssa was very nice and helpful in showing me the available apartments and amenities. I liked the lobby!

I've lived at 247 N 7th for 2 years, and just renewed for a third. The apartment layouts are large and comfortable - I'm in a studio, and I've never found another studio with such a great layout at such a great price. The building staff is extremely friendly and the super is very quick to reply to requests. I think the location in Williamsburg is unbeatable - much preferable to the other new construction buildings down by the river

Wonderful experience living at 247N7 Apartments this past year! I have been in the Army the past eight years and have rented in four different states and five different homes in these eight years. This has been (by far) the best rental to date and will be tough to match in years to come. The 247N7 staff is phenomenal - CJ, Robert, and Alyssa are more than capable to handle anything and everything that you may encounter as a tenant; pure professionalism. Front desk with Stephen and Thomas is theeee absolute best; polite, helpful and always there when you need them most. The building itself is spectacular - gym with TV's, parking garage, lobby/study with wifi, and both a courtyard and rooftop setting for gatherings with friends. Lastly, would be remiss if I did not mention how great of a community this was for my dog Bodhi. He was welcomed with open arms by CJ and Greystar just as I was losing hope that I could find a pet friendly apt with the amenities that I desired in Williamsburg. This is a great lifestyle with a terrific team at the helm to make sure your experience is nothing but the best. Happy days, Colin

This is one of the best luxury buildings in Williamsburg, and it feels like home- not like a hotel. We appreciate the quick communication and transparency on everything that goes on here. The building staff is very friendly and professional.

Great building - easily the most luxurious unit I've lived in in NYC. The kitchen has beautiful heavy-duty counters, and appliances are top-notch (finally a full 5-burner gas stove and large fridge in an NYC apartment!). Bathrooms have large vanities and high-end tile work, and deep soaking tubs. White oak floors throughout the unit are great to look at and easy to clean. Having my own washer and dryer has been awesome, too.My favorite part of the property is the courtyard and roof. They really invested in landscaping and seating and it shows. We've hosted multiple BBQs and out-of-town guests and everyone comments on the lush courtyard and expansive skyline views from our roof.To top it off (and this is SO rare lately), the management company and staff are on top of it. Online maintenance tickets & payments, and attentive management that listens to tenant feedback. Not surprised it filled up so quickly. Love it!

BEST residence in Williamsburg!! Been living here since the summer. It's pet friendly! Very clean and always smells nice! There is so much thought put into the aesthetics in and around the grounds. So many plants and flowers! Beautiful seating areas in the outdoor garden and rooftops. The employees are helpful and courteous. Everyone greets us with a warm smile and it truly feels like a home. I have enjoyed the outdoor garden, rooftop area BBQ grills and lounge area, the fitness center and my personal outdoor terrace. The Community Manager has organized social events for the residents and is always working to make this space even more wonderful. We receive emails for deliveries and frequent updates. We often view the sunsets with NYC as the backdrop of our view! All-in-all this is delectable, modern, welcoming, urban stew!
