Love the building, the gym is great, the location is amazingly convenient for commuting, the doormen and maintenance staff are the best I have ever experienced.
Cons:However we are extremely annoyed by the closing of the roof and the lack of a heads up on that and the lack of a timeline. Doesn't seem we will be seeing the roof at all this summer or possibly even in 2016.
Tenant:
Love this building and their staff. We have lived here for 4 months and we plan on renewing. We have never had problems with noise and maintenance requests get answered in 24 hours. The gym and golf simulator are a huge hit for our guests. The doorman are very friendly and quickly learned our names.
Cons:Unfortunately they are currently doing repairs and the roof deck is closed which is a disappointment.
