Simply contact our Marketing Manager who will schedule a viewing with you to show you the apartment that you are interested in.
In order to qualify for our apartments, we generally ask for the household to make at least 40 times the rent. There may be restrictions to the maximum income allowable for certain apartments (Low Income or Middle Income). When applying for these income-restricted apartments the Income Limits will be posted with the application.
We rely on our partner, The Closing Docs, to support the application process by providing independent verification of applicant income.
An application can be approved and processed within a day or two provided the applicant has the required documentation.
The following documentation is required for every applicant to be considered:
– A completed application
– A credit check fee of $20
– An employment verification letter and four consecutive pay stubs
– Current Income Tax returns
– A complete copy of a recent bank statement
– A copy of the photo ID
Are always equal to one month’s rent and are required to take the apartment off the market.
