Former Tenant: 2019 - 2020

Pros:

Location (near park and subway)
Electric and water were free when I was there

Cons:

Hallways and lobby smelled like garbage all the time (especially summer but honestly year round). People smoke in the stairwells. One of the two elevators was out about 50% of the time. My unit looked okay and didn’t smell bad inside, but I didn’t realize right away that there were mice running around at night. Then I started placing mousetraps and caught quite a few. Heat went out a number of times over the winter. Single pane windows let in a lot of cold.
