Former Tenant: < 1 Year

Pros:

I only lived here for less than a year but it was a great year. The doormen were all very friendly and helpful. It is also very close to Grand Central which was nice for me since I needed to use Metro North on a regular basis.

Cons:

As this was between Park & Lexington there aren't a lot of very close by grocery stores or restaurants. You would need to walk down to 3rd avenue which isn't that far, but when you're carrying a lot it's annoying.
