All applicants must be of legal age. All parties 18 years of age or older are required to complete an application and pay any and all applicable fees

Applications are to be completed in full; applications containing untrue, incorrect, or misleading information will be denied

Applicants must make at least 48.0 times the monthly rent in guaranteed income (i.e. monthly rent $2000.00 x 48= $96,000.00)

Guarantors must make at least 80.0 times the monthly rent in guaranteed income (i.e. monthly rent $2000.00 x 80= $160,000.00)

Completed and signed application.

$20 non-refundable application fee per applicant.

Copy of valid Driver’s License OR Passport.

Recent bank statement.

Reference letter from current Landlord.

Employment letter (on company’s letterhead) stating: position, salary, and length of employment.

If self-employed, provide copies of tax returns for the past two years, the first two pages of tax return only.

Applicant must make at least 48 times the monthly rent in guaranteed income (i.e.
monthly rent $2000.00 x 48= $96,000.00).

We will run credit reports through credit agencies bureaus, verify your employment, and rental history to determine approval.

If your application is accepted, you will be contacted to coordinate a lease-signing date/time at our office. A Cashier’s Check for the 1st month’s rent and security deposit is due at lease signing.

If your application is denied, you will be provided with contact information for the consumer reporting agencies that provided the consumer information.

After your application is approved, we will coordinate a lease signing time and date with you.
